Day Care and Boarding
We offer Boarding services 365 days a year.
- Facilities:
We offer a superior facility for the comfort of your pet. We have large sanitary Indoor Runs with Central Heat and Air Conditioning. We also offer extra security by having the manager's residence on premises.
- During your dogs stay:
All pets are supplied with fresh water and bedding 24 hours a day. We offer meals in the am and/or pm, depending on your pet's normal routine. We provide food, however, if you would like to keep your dog on its own diet, you may bring premeasured meals at check-in. Medications are given at no additional charge. *Please note that we do not administer medications by injection. Each dog is walked individually by our staff in our fenced-in outside lot three times per day. During your dog's walks, their Run is cleaned and sanitized.
- Requirements for boarding:
Please provide us with your destination, contact numbers, email if available and a local emergency phone number, including your local veterinarian. Up-to-Date vaccinations are required for boarding and grooming services. These vaccinations include Rabies, DHLP, and Bordetella (K-9 Cough). Proof of vaccinations needed at time of Check-In. To make your Check-In process even easier, you or your local veterinarian can fax us your dog's Health Records (540) 774-8740.
- Feeling at home:
Your pet will receive caring individualized attention during their stay at Clip & Dip. To help your dog feel more at home, we encourage you to bring one of your dog's favorite items, for example a toy or bone. Any personal items left with your pet during its stay must be clearly marked with their name. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- Additional services:
- Playtime (15 minutes): $5 Offers fresh air and exercise that promotes restful sleep and helps to relieve the stress of separation from the family.
- Grooming: Please let us know when you make your reservation if you would like to schedule a bath, nail trim, or full grooming while your pet is boarding at Clip & Dip.
- These factors vary for each individual dog, therefore your grooming fees may be different from your neighbor's or friend's pet.
Standard Fees
- 0-30 lbs. $15 per night.
- 31-65 lbs. $16 per night.
- 66 lbs. and over $18 per night.
- Unneutured males over 9 months old and In Heat females are charged $5 per night in addition to Standard Fees.

- Day Care $10 Per Dog
Boarding Kennels are very much like Day Care Centers for your children. Every precaution is taken, but occasionally a pet can get sick or have an accident. When necessary, medical treatment will be sought at the pet owner's expense.
